Café HØK is a safe and low-pressure meeting place for adults over 18 years old who live with or have experience with depression, bipolar disorder, stress, anxiety or OCD.
The gathering is arranged by volunteer social hosts with diverse backgrounds — some have personal experience with these conditions, others are family members or work professionally in health and social work. What they share is warmth, life experience and insight.
You can have a quiet conversation with a volunteer, participate in group discussion with other guests, engage in creative activities, drawing, games — or simply be present and enjoy the atmosphere. There is no requirement for activity or performance pressure.
Open café is held on Mondays and Thursdays from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Participation is free, and registration is required.
