Daniel Viholm presents his lecture about the invisible aspects of living with ADHD. He explores the duality that many people with ADHD experience – the external world with its expectations, deadlines and social norms on one hand, and the internal world with intense emotions, an active mind and self-doubt on the other.
Viholm, who received his own diagnosis as an adult, combines personal experiences with professional knowledge to shed light on everyday life behind the scenes. As a member of the ADHD Association's board and creator of HverdagsADHD – one of Denmark's largest social media profiles on ADHD – he brings both authentic insight and solid expertise to the subject. The lecture is aimed at anyone who wants better self-understanding or to understand a loved one's condition – no prior knowledge or diagnosis is necessary.
