Drivhuset is AKKC's unique concept combining lounge atmosphere, communal dining, and entertainment. From 4 PM the drop-in lounge opens, where you can enjoy a cold beer, play board games, and relax in a cosy setting.
At 6 PM dinner is served – choose between a vegan or meat option. Restaurant Podium's menu offers:
- Vegan: Grilled focaccia sandwich with organic squash, grilled onion and pickled peppers with green pesto, marinated salad, sun-dried tomatoes, salted puffed kernels and mustard vinaigrette
- Meat: Croque Madame with Danish ham, three types of cheese and organic fried eggs, marinated salad, sun-dried tomatoes, salted puffed kernels and mustard vinaigrette
Around 7:15 PM hosts Sofie Østergaard and Ditte Okman present entertainment – music, comedy or talks. The atmosphere is relaxed and informal, with space for both sitting down and standing up.
