Artist group IN PROGRESS presents their latest works at Trekanten. The group consists of eight local artists working together in an exploratory artistic community. The exhibition provides insight into their varied artistic directions and practices.
The artists work with diverse techniques and materials – including linocut, painting, watercolor, ceramics, object-based art, and installations. What unites their works is a shared interest in process, form, and personal artistic expression, where intuition, craftsmanship, and conceptual ideas all find space.
The name IN PROGRESS reflects the group's fundamental philosophy: both art and humanity are constantly evolving and transforming. The exhibition invites the public into this creative space and demonstrates how art emerges through presence, experimentation, and collaborative engagement.
The artist group operates from XM3 – a space for contemporary art – an artist-run exhibition venue in Aalborg East that focuses on contemporary art and various public activities.
