Meet Aske Skovmand Bosselmann, who addresses coffee as an economic value and agricultural value chain, Anders Sanchez Barfod, who delves into coffee plant botany, and Kjeld Hermansen, who highlights coffee's health effects and nutritional significance. The topics also cover sustainable coffee cultivation and how climate change will impact future coffee production.
