Wednesday evening at ROOFTOP becomes a relaxed tasting experience with selected cheeses, charcuterie and wine. The evening showcases a carefully curated selection of both Danish and international cheese classics – including Manchego, Vesterhavsost, Saint Agur as well as Italian and Spanish delicacies from Salling Super. This is complemented by homemade preserves, self-made accompaniments from ROOFTOP itself and fresh bread from Salling Bageren.
The wines are offered as a self-service buffet, so you can explore and taste your way through the selection throughout the evening. A perfect occasion to bring a friend, partner or colleague along and enjoy great flavours in the rooftop setting.
