An informal and low-commitment meeting place for family carers of people with mental health vulnerabilities or illness. Here you can meet others in the same situation, share experiences, and have conversation and community over coffee or tea.
The café is facilitated by an experienced dialogue facilitator and a board member from Bedre Psykiatri Aalborg. The agenda is open and flexible – it is set collectively based on participants' needs. You can attend whenever you have the time, inclination, and energy.
