The evening's arrangement guarantees plenty of social meeting points. You will receive a welcome drink upon arrival (choose from cocktail, mocktail, beer or soft drink). To ease the ice-breaking, you can choose a glow stick in a color that reflects what you are seeking – love, flirtation or new friendships. Hosts actively help circulate guests, so you naturally get into conversation with many different people. Fun activities await such as beer pong tournament and dancing to the DJ's music. A dedicated dance zone makes it easy to find a dance partner using colored wristbands, and you can exchange contact details via specially designed business cards.

- 8:00 PM–7:30 PM: Doors open, welcome drink and check-in
- 7:30 PM: Official welcome and start of lounge area by tables
- 7:30 PM–9:00 PM: Continuous seat swaps and mingling by tables
- 9:00 PM–11:00 PM: Dance floor opens, free mingling and dancing
- 11:00 PM: Official closing (opportunity to continue at the bar)
