Hou Havn invites you to a special evening with Stefanie Lea Paulsen, who participated in this year's edition of Alone in the Wilderness. In the most extreme challenge in Danish TV history, she spent 62 days alone in the Finnish wilderness, setting a new Danish women's record for the longest solo time in the wild.
During the lecture, Stefanie shares honestly about her extreme experience. She discusses survival strategies, loneliness and willpower, and what it means for a person to disappear from everyday life and let nature take over completely. A thought-provoking journey into human strength and boundaries.
After the lecture, you can either head home or extend the experience: spend the night in a shelter at Hou and fall asleep with the sea as your natural soundtrack. Wake up in the middle of the nature the evening has just brought you closer to. The combination makes it a truly special nature experience.
Practical: Lecture 4:30 PM–6:00 PM, 150 DKK. Shelter overnight stay can be added separately.
