Experience the year's final whisky tasting with Adelphi and the west Scottish distillery Ardnamurchan. International Sales Manager Carl Crafts shares the story of Ardnamurchan and brings a selection of exciting new bottlings from the Highlands, Speyside and Islay.
The tasting includes classic Speyside malts such as Dailuaine, Benrinnes and Glenfarclas, as well as Glenrothes from Rothes – a malt whisky that has contributed to blends like Famous Grouse and Cutty Sark over the years. Glen Elgin, an elegant gem, and unpeated Bunnahabhain from Islay are also on the agenda, complemented by peated Ardmore from the Highlands.
Naturally, several expressions from Ardnamurchan itself will be tasted, including the distillery's sherry version to compare with Golden Promise Bourbon Cask. Along the way, you gain insight into the distillery's journey from inception to today's successful position, and hear about Adelphi's work with bottlings from other distilleries.
Important note: The tasting will be held in English.
